Abstract

This research describes the role played by NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering , and accordingly this research aims to determine the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering, identifying the obstacles facing the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering, identifying proposals to activate the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering, The results of the study concluded that the level of the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering as determined by the beneficiaries and officials is high, and there are differences between the responses of the beneficiaries and officials regarding their identification of the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering in favor of the responses of the beneficiaries, It turned out that there are some obstacles facing the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering, the most important of which is the increasing interest of volunteers in traditional volunteering at the expense of e- volunteering, One of the most important proposals to activate the role of NGOs in encouraging electronic volunteering was to continue publishing the activities and achievements of the association on social networks.
