Requirements for using social innovation as an entry point for human capital development in youth centers from the perspective of the Community Organization method

Abstract

This study comes in response to the increasing importance of social innovation as one of the modern approaches to work with community organizations, whether governmental or private, as well as in response to the great importance of youth and organizations working in the field of youth. The human element is more knowledgeable, skilled, and experienced, the more influential it performs its role in the areas of practice in the various organizations of society, in that they are the basic force upon which all organizations rely in achieving their goals, and the enhancement of the organizations’ resources is a central issue in defining their strategy, and given the fact that human capital One of these resources is the decisive factor in determining the successes achieved by the organization in all its activities, as it is the most important resource in increasing its competitive advantages and its added value. It is also the most important factor in the development process in all its stages, whether at the level of the organization or at the level of the organization The society as a whole, and accordingly, the current study focused on identifying the requirements for using social innovation as an input for the development of human capital in youth centers.
