Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the dimensions of organizational DNA as one of the most important factors that determine the personality of the organization and its contributions to achieving institutional excellence for community development associations from the perspective of the Community Organization Method through determining the contributions of decision-making rights and organizational structure and the quality of information and incentives, whether material or moral, in achieving excellence In addition to describing the aspects of institutional excellence in local community development associations with identifying obstacles to achieving excellence for these organizations, the importance of the study is due to the essential role that community development societies play in achieving development in the economic, social and urban areas and contributing to solving community problems, and working to bridge the shortage in services and projects Correctional As these associations are the centers for preparing local leaders through their local training, this study belongs to descriptive studies and used the comprehensive social survey method.
