Abstract

The study aimed to identify the difficulties that social workers face in designing digital competencies to work with school groups remotely for some activities. From Identifying the difficulties facing social workers in designing digital knowledge competence to work with school groups remotely for some activities, designing the competence of communication and digital interaction to work with school groups remotely for some activities, designing the competence of safety and digital security to work with school groups remotely for some activities, designing competency Solving digital problems for working with school groups remotely for some activities leading to proposals to overcome the difficulties facing social workers in designing digital competencies to work with school groups remotely for some activities. This study is a descriptive study, and the study relied on the scientific method using the social survey method. For a sample of social workers in the school field at the secondary level in Beni Suef Governorate, their number is (209) single, and the study tool was a questionnaire for social workers, and the results of the study concluded that the level of obstacles to social workers’ use of digital competencies in professional practice remotely with school activity groups is high.
