Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلي تحديد متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية لتفعيل برنامج الإرشاد الإكاديمي الالكتروني للدراسات العليا بكلية الخدمة الاجتماعية من منظور تنظيم المجتمع والتى تتمثل فى المتطلبات (البشرية، الإدارية، المالية، التقنية، الأمنية)، كذلك تحديد إسهامات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية لتفعيل برنامج الإرشاد الأكاديمي الالكتروني لطلاب الدراسات العليا، وتحديد معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الالكترونية، ووضع توصيات وآليات تنفيذ إجرائية لتفعيل هذا البرنامج من منظور طريقة تنظيم المجتمع.
حيث استخدمت الدراسة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للقائمين علي عملية الإرشاد الأكاديمي من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والإداريين بالكلية.
The current study aims to determine the requirements for the application of electronic management to activate the electronic academic advising program for postgraduate studies at the College of Social Work from the perspective of community organization, which is represented in the requirements (human, administrative, financial, technical, and security), as well as determining the contributions of applying electronic management to activate the electronic academic advising program For postgraduate students, identify obstacles to the application of electronic management, and develop recommendations and procedural implementation mechanisms to activate this program from the perspective of how society is organized.
The study used a comprehensive social survey approach for those in charge of the academic advising process, including faculty members and administrators at the college
