The current study aims to determine the level of organizational determinants necessary to achieve institutional excellence in non-governmental organizations, and to determine the level of institutional excellence standards upon which these organizations are based to achieve their goals. The most important of these organizational determinants concerned with achieving institutional excellence are training determinants, followed by technological means, participation in decision-making, and then financial resources. The lack of a long-term strategy in the organization, poor coordination between other development institutions, lack of funding for the development of the organization, weak laws and legislations that regulate the work of civil organizations, weak participation of the organization's employees in program planning, also one of the most important proposals was to motivate workers to improve continuous performance, The participation of the employees of the organization in a continuous increase characterized by tolerance and acceptance Others to work within the organization, and interest in the existence of a database and information on the programs and activities of the organization, as well as keen to abide by the rule of law when working, and the study emphasized the role played by civil organizations to achieve institutional excellence
