Professional intervention for the way Community organization for capacity building volunteering Youth

This study belongs to the style of research measuring the return of professional intervention to the method of community organization, with the aim of measuring the return of professional intervention to the method of community organization to build the volunteer capabilities of youth in volunteer clubs in youth centers.
