Abstract

This research describes "organizational culture and human talent management in residential social institutions" based on a comprehensive social survey approach for officials in some residential social institutions in the Talkha Center and the city of Mansoura in Dakahlia Governorate, and their number is (116) single. Human talent in residential social institutions by determining the level of organizational culture in social residential institutions, which was high, as defined by officials, as well as determining the level of human talent management in residential social institutions, which was also high, as defined by officials As well as identifying the dimensions of organizational culture most closely related to the management of human talents in residential social institutions, which came as defined by officials in residential social institutions in organizational expectations, followed by organizational norms, then organizational beliefs, and finally organizational values, and that the obstacles facing the contributions of organizational culture in managing human talents in institutions The residential social as defined by officials in the first order is the lack of institutional programs necessary to manage and develop human talents, and in the second order came the centralization of management in the institution, which limits the creativity of the employees of the institution Followed by the lack of material or moral support by the bosses and supervisors of the workers, and the proposals to activate the contributions of the organizational culture in managing human talent in the social housing institutions as determined by the officials came in the first order.
