Positive discipline and its relationship to cyberbullying among high school students.

Abstract

The family plays a fundamental role in the behavior of individuals, whether in a normal or abnormal way, through the behavioral models that it presents to its children. The patterns of behavior and interactions that take place within it affect negatively or positively the upbringing of children and their emotional balance. The study aimed to determine the relationship between positive discipline and cyberbullying among stage students. Secondary school, and the concepts of the study were identified in (the concept of positive discipline, the concept of cyberbullying), and this study belongs to the style of descriptive analytical studies using the social survey method with a simple random sample, using (the scale of positive discipline and the scale of cyberbullying), and it found a statistically significant negative relationship between positive discipline and cyberbullying among high school students, with a significant value of (0.01), and it also found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of male and female high school students on the positive discipline scale in favor of female students, there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of male and female high school students on the cyberbullying scale in favor of male students.
