Abstract

The disabled in society have become an important segment and social service as a humanitarian profession plays an important role in that through its important scientific methods that enable it to work with people with disabilities to take care of them and benefit from their available capabilities. The employment of young people with disabilities faces many problems, and rehabilitation is of great importance represented in helping Disabled person to recover and invest his remaining abilities and capabilities, The study aimed to measure the return of the vocational intervention program in a way that organizes the society to rehabilitate young people with physical disabilities for the labor market, This study is one of the studies measuring the return of professional intervention, which aims to test the effect of using the independent variable, which is represented in the professional intervention program in the way of community organization, and the dependent variable, which is represented in the rehabilitation of young people with motor disabilities for the labor market, And I concluded that the vocational intervention program has succeeded in qualifying the physically handicapped youth for the labor market and helped in that using strategies, tactics and roles, according to the results of the study and the process of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data.
