Abstract

Professional intervention in the model of working with the organization's community to build the capacity of applying transparency in non-governmental organizations in the light of electronic governance
Development is achieved through community institutions, including non-governmental organizations, which work with voluntary efforts within the framework of the Associations and Civil Institutions Law , The study aims to identify the professional intervention program with the model of working with the organization's community to build the capacity of applying transparency in non-governmental organizations in the light of electronic governance, It seeks to verify a main hypothesis according to which "there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents before and after applying the professional intervention program with the model of working with the organization's community and building the capacity of applying transparency in non-governmental organizations in the light of electronic governance." The results of the study reached the validity of the main hypothesis of the study, which is that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents before and after applying the professional intervention program with the model of working with the organization’s community and building the capacity of applying transparency in non-governmental organizations in the light of electronic governance in favor of the post-application of the program, The results of the study also reached the validity of the sub-hypotheses of the study in favor of the post-measurement.
