The study aimed to Determine the level of strategic intelligence for workers in the educational sector, Determine the level of Administrative Empowerment for workers in the Educational sector, Determine the Relationship between Strategic intelligence and achieve Administrative Empowerment for workers in the educational sector, Identify the obstacles facing the contributions of Strategic intelligence in Achieving Administrative Empowerment for workers in the Educational sector, and reach a set of mechanisms The proposed planning to activate the contributions of Strategic intelligence in Achieving Administrative Empowerment for workers in the Educational sector, and this study is a descriptive study. The study relied on the scientific method using the comprehensive social survey approach for educational leaders in the Sahel Saleem Educational Administration, Assiut Governorate, and their number (17) and the comprehensive social survey of educational leaders in all schools in the Sahel Saleem Center in Assiut Governorate, which numbered (146) individuals. The study tools consisted of a questionnaire To leaders on strategic intelligence and achieving administrative empowerment for workers in the educational sector .The results of the study reached to accept the study's hypotheses, and to come up with proposals to activate the contributions of strategic intelligence in achieving administrative empowerment for workers in the Educational sector .
