This study aimed to determine the relationship between the family climate and the academic perseverance of students and a sample was selected from (102) students enrolled in the preparatory stage, and the number of males (45), the number of females (57) and the measure of family climate and the measure of academic perseverance of students were applied The study reached a set of results, where it was found that the level of family climate of students is low, and also showed a high level of academic perseverance for male and female students, and there is also a statistically significant negative correlation between the family climate and the academic perseverance of students, and was a function of dimensions (Affected – family merged - abnormal emotional climate) and not a function of the dimension of in humanization There is a relationship between some demographic variables (educational level of the father, educational level of the mother, average number of family members) and the family climate and there is no relationship between (gender, grade, age, student's ranking within the family) and the family climate of the students There is a relationship between some demographic variables (grade, educational level of the father, educational level of the mother, age) and academic perseverance of students and there is no relationship between (gender, average number of family members, student ranking within the family) and academic perseverance of students, there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of males and females on the scale of family climate
