Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of digital society use in university youth welfare institutions .Determining the level of participation in making university youth welfare policies, determining the most dimensions of the digital society related to participation in the making of university youth welfare policies, determining the obstacles facing the contributions of the digital community in strengthening participation in university youth welfare policy making, arriving at a proposed executive action plan to activate the contributions The digital society in supporting participation in the making of university youth welfare policies, This study is one of the descriptive studies that aims to determine the relationship between the digital society (as an independent variable) and participation in making university youth welfare policies (as a dependent variable). It relies on the use of the comprehensive social survey approach for officials in university youth welfare institutions, numbering (118)The study tools consisted of a questionnaire for officials, and the results of the study concluded that the main hypothesis of the study and its sub-hypotheses were accepted, according to which “there is a direct statistically significant relationship between the digital community and participation in policy-making for university youth welfare, and arriving at a proposed executive action plan to activate the contributions of the digital community in strengthening participation in policy-making.” University youth care
