A Proposed Program from the perspective of group work method and developing technological skills for teachers of one – classز

The current study aimed to reach a proposed program from the perspective of group work method and develop technological skills for female teachers of one-class groups, through, identifying the technological skills to be developed among female teachers of one-class groups, identifying programs that help in developing technological skills for female teachers of one-class groups, identifying Professional methods that help the teachers of one-class groups to develop their technological skills, identifying the obstacles that prevent the development of technological skills among the teachers of one-class groups, arriving at a proposed program from the perspective of of group work method and developing technological skills for the teachers of one-class groups, and also determines type of this study was also determined in descriptive studies, using the comprehensive social survey approacht, are female teachers in one-classroom schools affiliated to the Directorate of Education at the level of Assiut Governorate numbering 39 The results of the study indicated that the most available skills among the teachers of one-class groups were the skill of solving technological problems, which came in the first place with an average of (2.17), followed by the skill of technological cooperation with an average of (2.14), while the least skills available to the teachers of the single-class groups were the skill of technological communication. Where it came in last place with an average of (1.88).
