The current study sought to test the validity of the following main hypothesis “The level of requirements for applying e-learning to improve the quality of social service graduates is expected to be high". This study is one of the descriptive studies and relied on the method of social survey by sample for students enrolled in the second, third and fourth year at the Higher Institute of Social Work in Cairo for the academic year 2021/2022 AD and their number is (367). as well as the approach of the comprehensive social survey for the members of the teaching staff and their number is (39) person.This is done at the level of the various scientific departments in the institute. The results of the study confirmed that the training requirements, followed by the technical requirements, then the requirements for assessment methods are among the most important requirements that help implement the e-learning system, and thus affect the quality of social work graduates.The study presented a schematic conception of the application of this type of education in colleges and institutes of social work gradually at three different levels that provide the greatest possible benefit from it.
