This study aimed to determine the level of digital transformation, determine the level of quality of social services, identify the dimensions of digital transformation most related to improving the quality of social services in community development units, and identify the difficulties facing the contributions of digital transformation in improving the quality of social services, reach proposals to activate the contributions of digital transformation in improving the quality of social services in local community development units, and reaching a proposed future vision to activate the contributions of digital transformation in improving the quality of social services in local community development units.
