Applying the preventive approach in the method of group work and developing the health awareness of rural women to prevent infection with the emerging coronavirus “Covid-19”

Abstract

The current century is witnessing many changes, and perhaps the most important of these current variables is the spread of a new type of virus called the emerging corona virus (Covid-19), the concepts of the study were determined in (the concept of the preventive approach in the method of group work, the concept of health awareness development, the concept of the emerging corona virus), which is an experimental study based on the experimental method using two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, and by applying the measure of developing health awareness among rural women to prevent infection with the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19), and the study sample consisted of (40) rural women, and it was concluded that the use of the preventive approach in in the method of group work led to the development of health awareness among rural women to prevent infection. Infection with the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19), where there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the two measurements, tribal and remote, of the cases of the experimental group on the scale of developing health awareness of rural women to prevent infection with the emerging coronavirus in favor of the post-measurement at a level of significance of 0.01.
