Efforts to confront online rumors and achieve the quality of services in orphan care organizations

The current study aimed to determine the level of efforts made by orphan care organizations to reduce online rumors, determine the level of service quality in orphan care organizations, and develop a future vision in context of community organization method to activate the efforts of orphan care organizations in reduce online rumors. It is considered one of the descriptive studies that relied on the social survey with a sample of orphan care organizations in Cairo and Giza governorates (N= 9) organizations, and a comprehensive social survey of members of boards of directors and employees of orphan care organizations, (N=108). The data was collected through a questionnaire for members of the boards of directors and employees in orphan care organizations about efforts to reduce online rumors and achieve the quality of services in orphan care organizations. Its results indicated that the level of efforts related to the policies and financial efforts carried out by orphan care organizations to reduce online rumors is medium, and the level of social and technological efforts undertaken by orphan care organizations to reduce online rumors is high. In addition to the high level of quality of services provided by orphan care organizations. The main hypothesis of the study was also accepted, "there is statistically significant relationship between efforts to reduce online rumors and achieve quality services in orphan care organizations." In the end, the study developed a future vision in context of community organization to activate the efforts of orphan care organizations in reduce online rumors.
