Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of intellectual capital and institutional performance among workers in Egyptian universities and to determine the dimensions of intellectual capital most related to the development of institutional performance among workers. There is a direct statistically significant relationship between intellectual capital and the development of institutional performance among workers in Egyptian universities.” It is a descriptive and analytical study based on the case study approach and the case is (Helwan University), using a questionnaire on “intellectual capital as a mechanism for developing institutional performance among workers in the building.” The administrative building of Helwan University” on a sample of (280) employees in the administrative building of Helwan University, the study concluded that there is a direct relationship between the level of intellectual capital and the development of institutional performance among workers in the administrative building of Helwan University, which is a statistical function at the level of significance (0.01). .
