Abstract

The aim of the research is to determine the level of human capital among students in excelling schools of science and technology, determine the level of development of innovative thinking among students in excelling schools of science and technology, determine the dimensions of human capital most related to the development of innovative thinking among students in excelling schools of science and technology, and determine the obstacles facing the contributions of the head of science and technology. Human money in developing innovative thinking among students in outstanding schools of science and technology, identifying proposals to activate the contributions of human capital in developing innovative thinking among students in outstanding schools of science and technology, arriving at proposed planning mechanisms to activate the contributions of human capital in developing innovative thinking among students in outstanding schools of science and technology. technology, this study falls within the descriptive analytical studies through which accurate information can be obtained that depicts and diagnoses reality and contributes to the analysis of its phenomena.
