Supervisory meetings aim at the professional growth of the supervisors, providing them with different skills, and helping them to perform their jobs. The study aimed to determine the requirements to achieve the quality of supervisory meetings (before the supervisory meeting - during the supervisory meeting - after the supervisory meeting) from the perspective of the group work method and to identify the most important obstacles that prevent the achievement of the quality of supervisory meetings, (obstacles due to social workers and obstacles due to the institution ), and finding a reliable review guide to determine the quality of supervisory meetings as one of the tools of professional practice in the group work method. The study relied on a questionnaire as its main tool, and the results of the study came from answering the study's questions and developing evidence and indicators for each dimension..
