The current study aimed to determine the needs of irregular employment, then prioritize the needs of irregular employment, and identify the obstacles to satisfying the needs of irregular employment, and proposals to satisfy the needs of irregular employment, and this study belongs to the pattern of descriptive and analytical studies based on the case study approach, which is the Association of Love of Good for Others. The study sample consisted of (60) individuals, and the data collection tools consisted of a questionnaire for irregular employment, and this study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: the validity of the main hypothesis of the study, as the level of needs as a whole is high, and there is a relationship between some demographic variables and the needs of irregular employment, and prioritizing the needs of irregular workers from their point of view are the economic needs, then the social needs, then the health needs, followed by the educational needs, and finally the training and rehabilitation needs.
