Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the difficulties of scientific leadership and to come up with a proposed vision to overcome them from the perspective of the method of working with groups. The results of the study showed that the level of administrative difficulties from the point of view of the faculty members is high, as the weighted average of the dimension reached (2.40), and that the level of administrative difficulties of scientific leadership As determined by the students average, where the average weight reached (2.31), and the level of organizational difficulties for scientific leadership from the point of view of the faculty members is high, where the average weight reached (2.59), and that the level of organizational difficulties for scientific leadership as determined by the students is average, where the average is my weight (2.28), while the level of professional difficulties for scientific leadership as determined by faculty members is average, where the average weight is (2.12), the level of professional difficulties for scientific leadership as determined by students is average, where the average weight is (2.22), The study also confirmed that there are no significant differences between the responses of students and faculty members towards the difficulties of scientific leadership as a whole, A proposed vision was also reached to overcome the difficulties of scientific leadership from the perspective of the method of working with groups.
