Abstract: This research aims to try to identify the difficulties of using active learning in teaching the courses of work with groups among graduate students, which may relate to the student or faculty members, the course content, or the educational environment, and may relate to the means used in teaching, and also come up with suggestions to facilitate the use of learning Active in teaching the decisions of working with groups to graduate students, by applying the questionnaire to graduate students in the Department of Working with Groups – Faculty of Social Work – Helwan University, where their number reached (35) singles, including (30) female students and (5) Students, and since the number of those registered in the doctoral stage is (5) single, while those registered in the master’s stage are (22) single, and those registered in the diploma stage are (8) single, and the results of the research reached an interest in using active learning methods, as well as alleviating the burdens of faculty members, The presence of incentives to support the faculty member, break the student's fear, and also develop curricula in line with active learning strategies, and adherence to the institution's regulations and laws.
