The study aimed to measure the return of using the model of developing programs and community links in building the capacities of NGOs working in the field of child protection. And building administrative capacities, and building capacity of resources and capabilities for NGOs working in the field of child protection. In collecting data and obtaining its results, the study adopted a questionnaire to assess the situation within NGOs before intervening. And a professional program based on the use of the model of developing programs and community links to build the capacities of NGOs in the field of child protection. A measure of the return on the professional intervention of the program. The study relied on a sample of social workers in those societies, and their number was (61). The most important result of the study was the effectiveness of the program's return based on the use of the program development model and community links in building the capacities of NGOs working in the field of child protection. The results also confirmed that the size of the impact of using the program was high, according to its dimensions as a whole.
