Abstract : The current study aimed to identify the requirements to be met to develop the programs of university youth care agencies to improve their quality of life under the Corona pandemic, and the study found in its most important results that the level of requirements for the development of programs of university youth care devices to improve their quality of life under the Corona pandemic as determined by university youth and officials (high) and found that there are some obstacles facing these devices is the lack of material resources allocated, the lack of organization of training courses for the development of programs of university youth care devices, Poor reliance on modern technological means, one of the most important proposals for the development of university youth care programmers was the follow-up and good evaluation of university youth care programmers, the presence of specialized professionals to develop university youth care programmers, the availability of strategic planning for the development of university youth care programmers.
