Bullying behavior is a very serious problem with educational, emotional, personal, social, and behavioral dimensions that has negative consequences on the cognitive, emotional, social, and psychological development of students and the school environment in general. Therefore, the current research aims to test the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy in alleviating bullying behavior among groups of middle school students, and the study is one of the quasi-experimental studies that aim to measure the impact of the independent experimental variable on the dependent variable, and in line with the type of study, the study relied on the experimental approach “the design of the tribal experiment.” After using two groups, one experimental and the other controlling, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the professional intervention program was applied to an experimental group of students who were the most bullied on the bullying scale, and the research tool is the bullying behavior scale. and it became clear through the presentation of the results and their statistical treatment to verify the validity of the main hypothesis of the study: the existence of significant statistically significant differences between the tribal and remote measurements of the members of the experimental group in favor of the post measurement, and this is due to the effectiveness of cognitive-behavioral therapy to alleviate the bullying behavior of groups of middle school students.
