Strategic agility as an input for developing the institutional performance of the social care sector at the Ministry of Social Solidarity

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the level of strategic agility for the social care sector at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, determine the level of institutional performance of the social care sector, determine the relationship between strategic agility and develop institutional performance for the social care sector, and determine the differences between the response averages of respondents about the strategic agility of the social care sector according to the variables (type, age, years of experience, and educational qualification), and this study is a descriptive study. The results of the study indicated that there is a statistically significant relationship between strategic agility and the development of institutional performance in the social welfare sector. The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences in the respondents’ answers about strategic agility due to the variable of gender, years of experience, and academic qualification, with the presence of statistically significant differences. In the respondents' answers about physical fitness Strategic due to the variable of the age group.
