Abstract

Abstract :Study summary: The current study aimed to determine the practice of good governance in the job satisfaction of social workers at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, where the standards of good governance are of great importance to them, and the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, to achieve job satisfaction among social workers, and the study was applied to a sample size (167). A social worker, and the study found a set of proposed executive mechanisms to activate good governance in job satisfaction for social workers. Response, equality and justice, strategic vision), as well as the level of job satisfaction for social workers in the departments, as well as there is a direct statistically significant relationship between the level of practicing good governance and job satisfaction for social workers in the Department of Social Welfare Services at the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and there are statistically significant differences between male and female social workers. , with regard to their determination of the level of practice The level of good governance, as well as the level of job satisfaction for social workers in the administration of social care services.
