Abstract

Organizations aim to make radical changes to improve the service delivery system through a continuous quest to provide the requirements and feasibility of work, through business re-engineering, as management engineering is one of the main entrances to administrative development and making radical improvements, which requires the development of human resources also along with the activation of technological initiatives Especially in the higher education sector, then it was necessary to develop an integrated strategy to improve their professional performance, especially the social worker, the most important human element in achieving the desired goals of the organization. Hence, the study aimed to determine the reality of the application of the administrative process re-engineering system to improve the professional performance of university social workers, in order to develop proposed planning mechanisms to activate the application of the administrative process re-engineering system to improve the professional performance of university social workers.
