Abstract

This study aims to reach a proposed strategy for community organization to activate the contributions of university youth welfare devices in achieving intellectual security.
The importance of the study is due to several reasons, including the importance and danger of youth , the intellectual conquest they face , and their consideration of them as a basic element of the human wealth of society , and they are the hope for the future . The study reached proposed strategy for the method of community organization and the study identified the difficulties facing the contributions of university youth welfare agencies, the study relied on the theory of the social role as the most appropriate theory for the study , the study is belong to descriptive analytical using the social survey method in the sample. The study relied on the theory of the social role where it is the most appropriate theory for the study and this study is considered an analytical descriptive using the method of social survey sample and used two instruments the first form questionnaire for university youth
