Abstract

the profession of social work has taken a part of the responsibility through the method of community organization that works on the development of individuals working in social institutions, By improving their performance by providing them with information and knowledge and providing them with many experiences to develop the association’s financing capabilities, in the light of this, understanding governance helps us in charting the way and setting the frame of reference for the future operations and practice of organizational institutional reform and financial financing with the aim of improving the level of management at the community level to meet the needs of citizens, In light of this, the researcher was interested in the governance and management of NGOs and the reality of the practice of governance through its forms and methods: transparency, accountability, human resource development, decision-making and decision-making, through the dissemination of information and announcing the sources of funding, whether through meetings of the general assembly or from publications or printed advertisements in the association. It reveals the performance of the association and its message to the beneficiaries, which contributes to the management of the board of directors in the NGOs and the availability of honest and clear data and information to manage their financing, And it found that there were statistically significant differences before and after the application of the professional intervention program for the method of organizing society and activating governance for managing funding in NGOs” in favor of the post application of the program
