This study aimed to identifying the relationship between intellectual security and social responsibility among university youth,The study found in its results that there is a positive relationship statistically significant between intellectual security in its various dimensions (Citizenship, religious, intellectual, security, heritage, moral, media) and social responsibility of university youth at a significant level (0.01),in faculty of social work, It also found that there are statistically significant fundamental differences at a moral level (0.05) between the responses of university youth according to the study group (1st/4th Division) in terms of their determination of the level of the fiqh dimension, the level of heritage dimension, and the level of dimensions There are no statistically significant fundamental differences between the responses of university youth according to the study group (1st/4th Division) in terms of determining the level of post-citizenship, the level of religious dimension, and The moral dimension, and the level of media dimension will be the dimensions of the intellectual security of university youth.
