The study aimed to determine the dimensions of digital citizenship for postgraduate students, the most important proposals that can strengthen their digital citizenship, and to identify the opinions of community organization experts to strengthen digital citizenship among postgraduate students. It a descriptive study that relied on the social survey method, with a comprehensive inventory of postgraduate students (specializing in community organization) at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, and their number reached (54) male and female students out of the total number of postgraduate students (141). It was also applied to a group of the academic experts in the field of community organization in social work institutes and colleges, and their number is 21 academic experts. The study relied on a set of tools that included an electronic questionnaire for postgraduate students (specializing in community organizing), a semi-legalized interview guide for community organizing experts. The results of the study indicated that the level of digital access among postgraduate students (specializing in community organization) is medium, the level of digital communication among graduate students (specializing in community organization) is medium, the level of digital literacy among postgraduate students (specializing in community organization) is medium, and the level of health Digital among postgraduate students (specializing in community organization) is medium, and the level of digital rights and responsibilities among postgraduate students is high. The study also developed a proposed vision in context of community organization method to support digital citizenship among postgraduate students.
