The current study aimed at identifying the needs of cleaners, then prioritizing the needs of cleaners, as well as identifying efforts to satisfy them, identifying difficulties in satisfying the needs of cleaners, and proposals to satisfy the needs of cleaners, Then a proposed planning vision was reached for the development of social welfare services for cleaners, This study belongs to the pattern of analytical descriptive studies based on the scientific approach using the method of comprehensive social survey of cleaners in the Department of Environmental Improvement and Hygiene in the Council and the city of Ashmon, Manufiya, numbering (127) individual, And also the method of comprehensive social survey of the officials numbering (11) individual, The data collection tools were a test form for cleaners, a questionnaire form for officials, and this study reached a set of results, the most important of which is to prioritize the needs of cleaners from their point of view are health needs, followed by housing, social needs and finally educational needs.
