Abstract

This study came to shed more light on those obstacles and try to develop a set of recommendations from the perspective of the group’s service method to confront them. Digital citizenship of university students and related to university students, obstacles to promoting digital citizenship for university students and related to student activities, obstacles to promoting digital citizenship for university students related to the course, obstacles to promoting digital citizenship for university students related to university administration, obstacles to promoting digital citizenship for university students related to the university In the community, identifying the necessary proposals to alleviate the obstacles to promoting digital citizenship among university students. The examination unit for the study was represented by the second, third and fourth year students in the Regularization Division at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University. The study recommended the establishment of a unit of a special nature at the Faculty of Social Work, Helwan University, called the Digital Citizenship Unit.
