Abstract

Educational institutions are interested in providing appropriate accounting and administrative systems that provide them with the necessary information necessary for the processes of making and taking decisions related to planning and control, given the rapid development in increasing competitiveness, and in order to achieve its desired goals about upgrading the educational process and improving social welfare services based on modern administrative methods to evaluate performance such as the card Balanced performance, from here the current study aimed to determine the level of use of the balanced scorecard in the educational sector, and to determine the level of quality of social care services in the educational sector, with the identification of the difficulties facing the use of the balanced scorecard to improve the quality of social care services in the educational sector, and to identify proposals to activate the use of the scorecard The balanced scorecard to improve the quality of social care services in the educational sector, in order to arrive at proposed planning mechanisms to activate the use of the balanced scorecard to improve the quality of social care services in the educational sector. The results of the study concluded that the main hypothesis of the study was accepted, which is that “there is a statistically significant effect of using the balanced scorecard on improving the quality of social welfare services in the educational sector.”
