This study based on the descriptive analytical method, and aimed to identify the level of adjustment with university life and self-regulation and the relationship between them, as well as their relationship to some personal and academic variables among a randomly selected sample of university students consisting of (402) students .applied the instruments after making sure of their validity and reliability, and getting the approval of the Scientific Research Ethics Committee at Majmaah University, which are: A scale of adjustment with university life prepared by Baker, & Siryk (1984), translated by Ali ( 2002) and a scale of self-regulation prepared by Moilanen, (2007). Translated by Abd al-Hadi (2018), The results of the study indicated that the study sample has adjustment with university life and self-regulation in a medium degree, and there is a no statistically significant relationship between adjustmrnt with university life and self-regulation, and there are no differences in adjustment with university Life and self-regulation in general between (males and females) and between (Students of scientific and humanities faculties), and the study recommends expanding studies that relate compatibility with university life and personal traits and skills. The social worker also developing programs for professional intervention to develop adjustment and self-regulation among university students.
