Abstract

the rapid development in information technology led to introducing technology in all fields of work and social work is one of these fields. The social work started to transfer to digit in its professional practice but it needs restructuring structural knowledge, skills and values of practicing it especially the virtual and ethical structure as using technology in a profession such as social work requires adopting ethics matching with digital practice of social work. Hence the present research aims at defining ethical requirements for digital practice of social work in the field of university young people considering it the most important fields that began applying digital practice. The research resulted in defining ethical requirements for digital practice of social work in the field of university young people: they are ethical requirements connecting with the student as an individual pattern. Also, there are ethical requirements related to providing social integrity for students, ethics of dealing with groups of activities and ethics of using information technology.
