The current study seeks to search for the role of non-governmental organizations in limiting the social exclusion of released women offenders by determining the nature of the roles that NGOs contribute to reducing the social exclusion of released women offenders, whether those roles or tasks are with government ministries, such as with the Ministry of Solidarity The social, or with the sheikhdom of Al-Azhar Al-Sharif, or coordination with the Ministry of the Interior or its efforts to communicate with the Ministries of Higher Education and Education, in an effort to determine the level of limiting the social exclusion of the released female offenders through a set of objectives related to working to achieve justice in the opportunities available to the released female offenders, And justice in distributing services, achieving social protection for the poor, equality in rights and duties, working to provide communication channels that link the released female debtors and the non-governmental agencies entrusted with protecting them from social exclusion, and paying attention to issuing a periodic bulletin on behalf of NGOs to disseminate their programs and raise awareness of their role in protecting the released female prisoners from social exclusion.
