The study aimed to identify some of the factors affecting the use of participatory planning among social workers and this goal is achieved by achieving the following sub-objectives: Determine the factors affecting the use of participation in the stage of community study and setting goals. Determine the factors affecting the use of participation. in the planning stage. Determining the factors affecting the use of participation in the development of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms. This study develops descriptive studies by studying some of the factors affecting the structure of social workers using the participatory planning method in their fields of work (different fields of work, social service) and based on the methodology of social survey by sampleThe sample size amounted to (182) social workers. The study relied on a questionnaire as its main tool. The results of the study reached to test the study’s hypotheses and to reach working recommendations regarding the factors affecting the adoption of social workers using the participatory planning method, including interest in training programs for social workers on the participatory planning method. To increase their skills on the use of this method
