Due to the organizational problems and administrative fissures that many NGOs may be afflicted with, whether they are due to the workers themselves or to the nature and style of management in them or to the societal milieu in which these organizations operate, in addition to the lack of resources and funding allocations necessary to meet the needs of the groups served by these organizationsWithin the framework of this approach, the current study sought to determine the nature and causes of organizational problems that impede NGOs in their struggle to achieve comprehensive social development in the society they seek to serve by offering them programs and services to the frequent beneficiaries of those important societal bodies,But it may hinder its efforts in this, as there are a set of administrative problems, in addition to a group of problems related to its human resources or its needs to fill its deficit by attracting qualified volunteer expertise to carry out the tasks assigned to it, in addition to the supportive problems, the absence of functional communication in the work environment and the tyranny of bureaucracy at work
