Abstract

The current study aimed at “Determining the relationship between emotional intelligence and professional compatibility of the social worker as a general practitioner in the field of university youth care ” The study concluded, in its most important results, to the validity of the main hypothesis, which is that “there is a direct statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and professional compatibility of the social worker as a practitioner ” year in the field of university youth welfare, And the validity of the sub-hypotheses of the study represented in: There is a direct statistically significant relationship at a significant level (0.01) between (emotion management , sympathy , emotion regulation , social communication) and the professional compatibility of the social worker as a general practitioner in the field of university youth care The study found suggested recommendations to increase the effectiveness of emotional intelligence in achieving professional compatibility for the social worker .
