Abstract

The study aimed to determine the factors affecting the use of community development associations of the evidence-based practice model in the field of rural development, As well as the level of reality of community development associations using the evidence-based practice model in the field of rural development,
in addition to determining the impact of the factors of these associations' use of the model on the reality of its use in the field of rural development.
In order to achieve these goals, the researcher followed the descriptive study pattern using the survey method by applying the questionnaire tool to a sample of 133 members of the Board of Directors of a local community development association in Al-Wasta administration, Beni Suef Governorate, The results confirmed the multiplicity of factors leading to the failure of community development associations to use the evidence-based practice model in the field of rural development, foremost of which were factors related to the practitioners’ attitude towards evidence-based practice, then factors related to the evidence-based practice research information base, then factors related to the organizational readiness of Local community development associations, and the results confirmed the existence of a statistically significant effect of the factors of using the community development associations of the evidence-based practice model on the reality of using the model in the field of rural
