The study aimed at identifying the problems faced by irregular employment, Determine the programs offered by NGOs for non-regular workers, determining the level of the contributions of NGOs in dealing with and facing problems of irregular employment, identifying the difficulties facing the contributions of NGOs in facing the problems of irregular employment, The study found a future vision to activate the contributions of NGOs to face the problems of irregular employment The spatial area of the current study is represented in 12 NGOs in Giza Governorate. The study was applied to all workers in civil societies, the research community and the apparatus. The administrative staff in it, and they number 58 individuals, and the time domain for this study is determined from 9/11/2020 to 9/2/2021
