Abstract Evaluating the professional performance of social worker in the integration schools, With a proposed perception of this role The state sought to integrate disabled students with normal students in regular schools, Inclusion is considered one of the recent trends in special education, Because the personal integration of the disabled develops his personal abilities, It is the only way to make use of every human element that helps in achieving development, Therefore, social service aims in its various ways, Especially serving the individual to achieve adaptation for people with special needs within society's institutions, including educational institutions, By taking care of their problems, and with appropriate solutions, Providing social care aspects, Therefore, the current study aimed at evaluating the professional performance of the individual service specialist in integration schools, With a proposed perception of this role, From the perspective of individual service, And its results concluded that there are deficiencies in training courses for social workers in integration schools, The cognitive deficiency of modern individual service models and theories, Blood knowledge of the professional skills of the individual service specialist, Dealing with individual problems, And the cognitive deficiency of modern treatment methods. key words: Evaluation - Professional performance - Integration.
