The current research aims to try to come up with an indicative program for the way to work with groups to help the working woman in alleviating the family problems that the working woman faces, which is represented in a group of problems including social problems, economic, psychological and health problems, and these problems affect her daily relationships and interactions within the family and work together. And this is what the current study seeks to support the self-abilities of working women in order to confront these pressing problems and create a suitable work environment and resist these problems through the extension program designed by the researcher. (35) and the number of the assisting body reached (20), as the actual number of the sample became (55) a single working woman from the faculty and the assisting body working in the faculties of social service in a number of Egyptian universities, including the University of (Helwan, Beni Suef, Aswan, and Fayoum). The research is necessary to develop a suggested indicative program on the method of working with groups in order to assist working women in alleviating the severity of the problem The family situations they face are based on models, scientific theories, techniques and professional roles for the method of working with groups in order to achieve its goal in helping working women to alleviate the severity of the family problems they face, and this is what the researcher explained in her presentation of the counseling program.
