Abstract

Civil institutions play an integrated role with government institutions in many fields, And push them towards effective participation in work, And find the most appropriate solutions to the problems, Especially what confronts marginalized groups in society,The problem of poverty is one of the most important problems facing the peoples of developing countries, as a result of poor social and economic conditions, a sense of this problem, and the risks that the United Nations declared in 1996 as an international year for the eradication of poverty, as announced by the United Nations to eradicate poverty, as well as seminars, meetings and serious attempts, committed by researchers and politicians to contain the worsening of this problem. And upgrading the level of services provided economically and socially, This study aims to describe the reality of community partnership between governmental and private institutions to upgrade the level of services provided to legal citizens within the framework of implementing the Decent Life Initiative, The study concluded that community partnership means a process through which national responsibility is assumed, And it helps to consolidate the positive relationship between the state and society, And raise the efficiency of work and increase its effectiveness, And building the capacity of civil institutions, Among the most important mechanisms to achieve community partnership between governmental and private institutions, including networking as a mechanism, empowerment, training, coordination and communication.
