Factors leading to job burnout for workers in industrial companies and a suggested program from the perspective of generalist practice of social work to relieve it
The present study aimed to arrive at a suggested program from the perspective of generalist practice of social work to relieve job burnout for workers in industrial companies. The current study belonged to the descriptive and analytical studies. A social survey method was used for workers and officials. The size of a non- random sample of workers was 169 workers, and a non- random sample of officials was 20 officials and managers. The data were collected by two questionnaires, which were distributed and collected by hand at the work place to the two study samples in the Oil and Industrial Detergents Factory in Beni Qurra - Assiut Governorate. Among the most important results of the study was that work pressure and poor motivation for workers are among the most important factors leading to job burnout for workers in industrial companies , and infection with intestinal diseases, Feeling frustrated , desire to leave work ,increasing family problems are the most important effects of job burnout for workers . the study reach to a suggested program from the perspective of generalist practice of social work to relieve job burnout for workers in industrial companies. key words : Job burnout, work stress, workers in industrial companies.
